GENERAL
1) First come first serve basis
2) Accept serious buyer only
3) All sales are final. Items sold are changeable but can not be refundable.
4) Price quoted in RM ( Ringgit Malaysia)
ORDER
1) Order can be submitted through order form, sms or email.
BOOKING
1) Booking are allowed only for 5 days.
2) After 5 days, if no payment received, the item will be released for sale without prior notice.
PAYMENT
1)Payment must be made within 3 days (except weekends) after order submission.
2) After 3 days, if no payment received, we will assume that the customer were not serious in buying hence the item will put back to sale.
